Cancellation and Refund Terms

Cancellation terms depend on the offer you booked; the cancellation terms of the vehicle you choose are shown before you pay.

Online cancellation

At the “Cancel booking” step on your booking page the cancellation amount and the refund amount are shown before you confirm; the booking is cancelled only once you confirm. You can reach your booking page from your account or from the find your booking screen.

Refund timing

The refund is passed to your bank after the cancellation is confirmed; how long it takes to reach your card depends on your bank.
